Menu - My Italian Regional Cuisines

Amouse Bouche: Shrimp tartare with black sesame, avocado, and Neapolitan braised ragu

First Course: Tuscan potato gnocchi with butternut squash veils, walnuts, and Chianti sauce

Main Course: Filet mignon in Marsala sauce with poached egg in basil bechamel

Dessert: Baked pear glaced with amaretto sauce, almond flakes, and ricotta mousse

Going beyond merely how to, we talk about the why, the significance, the culture, art, travel, relevant food issues of the day, famous chefs and cooks, influential cuisines, and any other kind of food talk you wish to engage in.

Weekends are full of exciting culinary events at Tasty Venues

Saturdays: 
British Tea 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The British Tea, as served in the homes and in fine tea rooms all over the United Kingdom, is one of the most beloved English culinary experiences. Bring family and friends with you or make new friends at our tables while learning some bits and tips about tea and its celebration. 

The regular British Tea consists of three savories such as tea sandwiches, canapes, croutes, or tartlets, a delectable freshly baked scone, and a made-from-scratch dessert accompanied by a suitably matched tea. We feature Taylors of Harrogate teas but occasionally offer fine teas from the premier American tea blender Simpson & Vail.

She often features the recipes of world-renowned chefs and culinary experts and offers her take on the
amazingly varied but always tasty cuisines of the world.

February 24, 7 p.m., $45 per person
Take one ingredient and make it either country and rustic OR town and elegant! Chef Cinzia will do just that during this Saturday evening culinary exploration.
