Eat and Learn: Cooking Parties!
What is a cooking party?
Cooking parties are cooking classes with more - more information, more exploration, more fun! Going beyond merely how to, we talk about the why, the significance, the culture, art, travel, relevant food issues of the day, famous chefs and cooks, influential cuisines, and any other kind of food talk you wish to engage in.

The October meeting: What Can I Bring? by Elizabeth Heiskell

From the description: It is usually the first question you ask after receiving an invitation to a gathering or event: "What Can I Bring?" Based on the popular monthly feature in Southern Living magazine, Elizabeth delivers more than 100 delicious recipes that are sure to please a  crowd that can all be prepared in advance and travel well.

But let's not forget the most important question: What can I bring to my own table? This is a cookbook that offers answers whether you're looking for some new ideas for dinner or want to make Sunday brunch a more special event. Above all, these delicious dishes can be served straight from the heart, with no stress required.

Tasty Venues will have a limited number of copies available for purchase if you'd like to pick one up when you come for lunch, dinner, tea, or just to shop.
